| | | | The stated aims of the Hopkins Reynolds Center Cardiovascular Clinical Research Training Program include the following: - Attract, select, and provide outstanding fellows and junior faculty the career development, mentoring, and didactic skills essential to becoming independent leaders in sudden cardiac death and atherosclerosis research.
- Incorporate the broader Johns Hopkins community and other Reynolds Centers into the training program to foster the multidisciplinary collaboration of fundamental research and clinical application investigators to accelerate the development and translation of breakthroughs in the treatment and prevention of cardiovascular disease.
- Achieve full and equitable representation of women and minorities among Reynolds trainees.
- Periodically evaluate the strengths and limitations of the Reynolds Center Training Program and appropriately revise the process, as needed, to optimize the careers of Reynolds Fellows and Associates in basic and clinical research.
