The Hopkins Reynolds Center Cardiovascular Clinical Research Training Program, directed by Dr. Gary Gerstenblith, provides training and mentoring support for Reynolds Associates and Fellows. A select group of young investigators are provided the knowledge, skills and experiences essential in their progress towards becoming independent leaders in cardiovascular research. The program emphasizes fundamental and clinical topics in the treatment and prevention of sudden cardiac death (SCD). There are currently eight Reynolds Associates and four Reynolds Fellows supported within the program. Beginning January 1, 2004, Dr. Richard Lange will be joining the Reynolds Center Training Program as Associate Director.
